Yes. This is certainly a question of personal taste; and a question of exercise on the Tablet or iPad.
To me it seems quite convenient that there is no need to turn any pages and that I can simply scroll down my own notes. However, this also involves the risk of getting lost or missing the point where your really have to speak or set in.
I like using both traditional writing pads and the iPad. In the not-too-distant future, this equipment will certainly be quite easy to manipulate and allow us taking notes and opening a window both at the same time, to look for specific words then.
